Mango & Banana with Coconut Cream

  • 2 middle size mangos
  • 2 bananas
  • 100 ml Coconut Cream
  • 25 ml Rum
  • ½ tbls of cinnamon

Peel off bananas and mangos, and cut them into smaller pieces. Heat the pan, add coconut cream, fruits, and cinnamon, gently stir, be careful not to demage fruits, heat until bananas will be soft (about 4 – 5 minutes), at the end add rum. Serve with the fresh coconut cream at the top.
